Pasta Boss, a new, fast-casual restaurant for all that love pasta. At Pasta Boss, you can build your pasta, your way! A simple, one-price menu lets you choose from a small (trainee), medium (supervisor), large (The Boss), or family size (corporate) bowl, and build your pasta any way you want for no additional cost. What's even better is that Pasta Boss makes fresh pasta daily, bringing you the best ingredients, to make sure our pasta stands out from the rest. And what's great pasta without great garlic bread? You will also get two slices of “to die for” garlic bread with each pasta bowl order. Pasta Boss will also offer an array of beverage options to satisfy your thirst, as you devour your amazing pasta creation.
The "Boss" Ordering Process
At Pasta Boss, you start your order by choosing the size you want, then choosing either Macaroni, Spaghetti, Fettuccine, Penne, or our gluten-free pasta. Next, choose your cooked toppings such as grilled or breaded chicken, meatballs, Italian sausage, shrimp, clams, pepperoni, onions, peppers, a variety of seasonings, sauces, and more. Once your pasta is cooked and ingredients added, top your pasta off with hot Cheetos, Cheez-its, spicy cream sauce, fresh parmesan, hot sauces, and more. With all these options, the pasta you make is sure to be your absolute favorite.

Our Story
Kevin Ziebart and Jared Baumgartner were more than colleagues; they were dreamers and friends. Jared's inventive ideas often amused everyone, but one day in the fall of 2018, one idea truly captivated Kevin's culinary heart. A fast-casual pasta restaurant where the customer can order pasta in their own unique way. Kevin went to work, learning to make fresh homemade pasta and sauces utilizing family recipes. When the plan and idea were ready to take off, COVID hit and paused their dreams.

In the fall of 2022, Kevin decided to make this dream a reality again. Over the next 18 months, the two worked on finalizing all aspects of the business, finding the perfect location, bringing you a place like no other.
